Rose Steinberg is the founder and president of Lotus Solutions, a boutique talent agency focused on human-centered recruitment and talent advisory services. 

After a long career leading sales operations, client success, and ad tech teams at large brands, mid-market players, and start-ups in the US and Asia, she comes to the talent industry. Her emphasis and passion for building teams and growing talent throughout her career are today's basis for her work. 

At Lotus Solutions, Steinberg has built a deeply personalized talent practice that partners with a diverse range of businesses by offering a blend of bespoke talent, recruiting, and related advisory work.
